What products do you sell?
We offer manuals, posters, and various printed materials. All products are created with great attention to detail and high-quality printing.
All manuals, posters, and printed materials are personally edited and designed from scratch. Some manuals include translations from Japanese to English, which are also done by me to ensure accuracy and quality.
Are the colors exactly like the images?
Please note that due to differences in screen settings, there may be slight variations in color between the product images and the actual items.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to almost every country worldwide.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
How long does order processing take?
Order preparation takes between 3 and 5 business days. After that, shipping time will depend on the destination.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging all products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. It is extremely rare for items to be damaged during shipping.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Shopify Payments allows you to pay using major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local methods depending on your location.
